Talent Management, Group HR

Talent Management is responsible for Carlsberg Group’s talent management activities across the whole group. The team works closely with their 13 HR colleagues in Group HR to deliver best-in-class talent management.

In this role, you will be exposed to a global landscape and you will be liaising with many international stakeholders. In essence, you will support, prepare and coordinate talent management initiatives (e.g. Development Centres, People Boards, Talent Reviews, Employer Branding, Leadership Programmes)

The position

As Talent Manager, you will coordinate and organize talent management initiatives including partnering with the regional Talent Management Directors and HR organisations to define support needs. Furthermore, you will prepare and organize Development Centres, Elaborated Talks, Functional Talent Reviews and People Boards.

Within the team you will:

  • Organize and coordinate the Executive Onboarding Programme and Learning Leader Programme
  • Support in designing and rolling out Leadership Programmes
  • Organize and follow up nomination process for programmes
  • Participate in Steering Groups and redefine Intranet/Internet presentation of HR
  • Support the Senior Director Talent Management in designing the EVP and a Global Employer Branding Strategy

The right candidate:

  • At least minimum 2-years’ experience working in an Talent Management environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint, and comfortable in Excel, Word, Project Management
  • A can-do attitude, willingness to speak up/ask questions
  • Fluent in English
