The Group Compensation & Benefits function is responsible for Carlsberg C&B activities across the whole group. The team works closely with their 13 HR colleagues in Group HR to deliver best-in-class Compensation & Benefits management.

In this role, you will be exposed to a global landscape and you will be liaising with many international stakeholders. In essence, you will support, conduct and coordinate C&B activities.

The position

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will support & coordinate C&B activities across Carlsberg Group and the Central Office. You will drive C&B master data management, quality assessment and various benchmarking and analytics tasks. You will own the C&B process operation in Group HR & Central Office for the annual salary review in our HRIT System. Furthermore, you will drive our Intranet maintenance as well as the launch of the new Carlsberg Internet in regards to C&B content. And finally, be responsible for the support of C&B tasks for Local+ employees in the Central Office (local+ hires and cross boarder commuters).

Within the team you will;

  • Operate and manage C&B master data for the group Sr. Management and Executive Population, ensure quality in master data files and systems, conduct analysis and benchmarks supporting decisions of the HR Leadership Team and the Group EXEC Management Team etc.
  • Operate and develop the salary benchmark tool for Carlsberg Central Office, manage insider communication and support, drive the yearly salary review process in Central Office (content, data quality and communication)
  • Be the C&B process responsible for implementation and operation of salary review proces in the new People@Carlsberg (SuccessFactors) system, as the compensation module implementations and operations lead as well as develop user guidelines, training materials and communication to HR partners and line managers
  • Maintain the C&B section on the Carlsberg as well as support the launch of new Carlsberg Intranet in regards to C&B content.
  • Support C&B Task for Local+ employees in Central Office, as maintaining the Local+ policy & guidelines, Support payroll with vendor initiation and monthly updates to payroll as well as manage Local+ advisory & admin tasks.
  • Support and coordinate C&B tasks, with budget estimates, managing the group insider as well as support and carry out ad-hoc C&M tasks

The right candidate;

  • has a Master’s degree in Economics, HRM or similar level of education
  • preferable has 2 years’ experience working in a Compensation and Benefits function
  • holds strong mathematical skills and attention to detail and data quality
  • must be excellent in MS Excel, and comfortable in PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
  • is analytically thinking and able to work with complex data and conduct advanced analysis
  • is performance driven, has a superior problem-solving attitude and is capable of driving and managing change as well as meeting required deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • is fluent in English and holds strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • has a can-do attitude and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders in the organization
